House Concert: Alberta All Star Jug Band
This band features Mark Sadler Brown (guitar, jug, harmonica, vocals), Suitcase James (bass, muckbucket, squeaky toys, vocals), Cedric Blary (clarinet, bass clarinet, pan flutes, vocals) and John Rutherford (banjo, ukulele, drums, kazoo, vocals) now joining forces to pilot a new direction in Jug Band music in Alberta.
The musical philosophy of the band is to pull together and present a broad repertoire of old jug band classics, unlikely pop and rock covers and original songs all treated with the magic jug band formula.
Doors 7:30 pm. Show 8:00 pm.
